Creative Growth is the oldest arts center and exhibition space for artists with intellectual disabilities in the United States. Founded in 1974, the Oakland-based nonprofit advances the inclusion of artists with intellectual disabilities in contemporary art by providing a professional studio environment and gallery representation to more than 140 artists.
