RETURN ONLINE POLICY

You can return any merchandise that does not have 40% off and is not worn, unwashed or if it is defective at our store or by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order's shipping date will be refunded according to the original payment method. Returns made after 30 days after the shipping date are not refundable or redeemable. All items in discounts of 40% or more are final sale. So non-echeangable, non-refundable.

Return guidelines


1. See you with your package at Canada Post for the return trip.

2. Please include the slip of the original order and place it in the well sealed shipping package.


3. Be sure to remove or make any old shipping label on the package unreadable and place the postage tag on the package.


4. Simply place your package in a mailbox or at a Canada Post branch. No stamp required. If it is an exchange, contact us: info@maheumagasin.com

We will send you an email message when we have processed your return.

 

PRICE POLICY

  1. All prices displayed on the online store are in Canadian dollars.
  2. All applicable taxes apply to your order under provincial and federal laws.

DELIVERY POLICY

  1. The carrier is the choice of DM2 Shop. As soon as the goods leave our business, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier, and you must refer to the carrier for any damage, loss or theft.
  2. Delivery times: 1 to 5 business days from the time the order is processed by our offices
  3. Transportation times are approximate and not our responsibility.
  4. Free shipping across Quebec with any purchase of $100 or more before taxes. If this amount is not reached, a delivery fee applies.
  5. Delivery charges may apply to certain regions of Canada.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Have you changed your mind? You must notify us as soon as possible or the same day. If the deadline is exceeded, a handling fee of $14 will be deducted from the refund amount.



OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
Our team is constantly working to update the inventory, however it may happen that a product becomes out of stock while we are processing your order. If this is the case, you will be immediately notified by email and a replacement offer will be made to you or your payment will be refunded. It is therefore important to check your email in the days following your order in case we wish to contact you.
