ONLINE RETURN POLICY

You may return any merchandise that is not 40% off and is unworn, unwashed, or defective in workmanship.

Returns made within 30 days of the order's shipping date will be refunded to the original payment method.

Returns made after 30 days of the shipping date are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

All items discounted 40% or more are "final sale." This includes "sale on sale" items. Therefore, they are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

All returns are at your expense, unless it is an error or a manufacturing defect approved by the company.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS: Jewelry, thermal underwear, intimate underwear, swimwear.

1. Indicate the reason for your return on the DM2 SHOP invoice.

2. Take your package to Canada Post or another carrier for the return, and they will be happy to direct you.

3. Make sure to remove or deface any old shipping labels on the package and affix the prepaid shipping label to the package.

PRICING POLICY


1. All prices displayed on the online store are in Canadian dollars.
2. All applicable taxes apply to your order in accordance with provincial and federal laws.
3. The promo code offered to new subscribers is available on regular prices only.

DELIVERY POLICY

DELIVERY POLICY
1. The carrier is at DM2 Shop's discretion. As soon as the merchandise leaves our store, it becomes the carrier's responsibility, and you must contact them for any damage, loss, or theft.
2. Delivery times: 1 to 5 business days from the time the order is processed by our offices.
3. Shipping times are approximate and are not our responsibility.
4. Free delivery throughout Quebec and surrounding areas with any purchase of $100 or more before taxes. If this amount is not reached, a $14 delivery fee will apply (this amount is non-refundable).
5. Delivery fees may apply in certain regions of Canada.
6. As a security measure, a signature will be required upon delivery of your package.
7. If your package is not claimed by the shipping company, it will be returned to us after a few days. A fee of $14.00 will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are also not refunded.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation requests must be made within 12 business hours of order confirmation, either by email: info@dm2shop.com or by phone: 819-752-4668.

All cancellation requests will be subject to a cancellation fee of $5 + tax. This fee is in place to cover handling costs already incurred.

OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS

Our team is constantly working to update our inventory; however, occasionally, a product may become out of stock while we are processing your order. If this happens, you will be notified immediately by email and a replacement will be offered, or your payment will be refunded. It is therefore important to check your email in the days following your order in case we need to contact you.

If our commitments and policies are subject to change, they will be immediately published on these pages.
