The featherweight Cosma 2.0 is a low profile women 's ski helmet offering maximum protection and the ultimate customizable fit. In-Mold construction is a technique that connects the shock-absorbing EPS liner directly to the polycarbonate shells to create a lightweight and strong structure. First, the flat PC sheet is heated and stamped on the helmet mold. Then the contour of the helmet shell and the holes are milled. This PC shell is then placed in the helmet mold and the anchorages for the straps and fastening systems are placed. Then the mold will be closed and the EPS will be injected. Now the polycarbonate shell bonds with the EPS and a super light but extremely stable helmet is created.

The Dial-Fit system makes it easy to dial in a custom fit in seconds. An adjustment wheel on the back of the helmet provides size adjustment and increases stability for helmets that don't have our Snug Fit. Some of our enduro/trail MTB helmets are also equipped with a height-adjustable Dial Fit System.
Our Tuned Fit System allows the rider to dial in their fit using different thickness pads inside the helmet. Our helmets always come with two sizes of pads. Each size is available in a different color, making it easy to determine the correct pads to fit the helmet to the head. It is very important to fit the helmet with these pads included. For example, if needed, the slightly thicker pads can be fitted to the back of the head and the pad for the front of the head can be thinner, or vice versa.
We design our helmets differently from our competitors. We analyzed the most diverse heads and determined a basic anatomical shape. This allows us to follow the curves of the human head shape exactly. You can see this very well when looking at a TSG helmet from the front: the sides of the helmet shell have more curvature and clearly go inwards. The outline of TSG helmets on the sides and back is round and not straight as with other helmets. With this production we get what is called a contact ring inside the helmet. Here the head touches the helmet all around.
We call it the TSG Snug Fit. Besides the better fit, our helmets with Snug Fit also feel less bulky.
In order to lift the TSG helmet off the head, more power is needed than with competition models. This is important so that the helmet does not slip during use and above all remains in the correct position even in the event of a fall.
A helmet can only protect what it covers. Our Low Fit design sits low and fully protects the back and sides of your head without compromising field of vision or restricting movement.
A protective layer of PC is bonded to the front foam for a clean look and added strength in the lower edge of the helmet.
