Distribute SPF 30 sunscreen in the hand and apply it to the body. We recommend that you work from head to toe so as not to accidentally miss a limb. If you need help reaching your back, ask a friend: that's what it's for. Apply SPF-lotion liberously 30 15 minutes before sun exposure and let it absorb. Reapply at least every two hours. Apply more sunscreen frequently after swimming/sweating or after aggressive drying with a towel. Always offer to share.
